David Felice – Psychotherapist and Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner

I work as a Psychotherapist registered with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) specialising in the field of addiction and trauma. I have a broad range of experience in the therapeutic field working in private practice, rehabilitation centres and in the legal and corrective services system supporting vulnerable people dealing with substance, behavioural and relational addictions.

Compassionate Inquiry

The approach I take is one of Compassionate Inquiry, where I engage with patients in a frank, mutual exchange that is personal, supportive, and professional. In this way we both move towards a proper understanding of the underlying issues and motivations that manifest as self-destructive or limiting tendencies and addiction in their lives.

Mutual Respect

I strive to create a safe and friendly relationship with my clients, where trust, mutual respect, and openness underpin all interactions. All discussions are treated with the strictest confidentiality.

My heart is open to the needs and desires of my clients for a better life, to help them rediscover who they are – to live a life free of addiction, anxiety, and depression, to navigate a path inviting self-confidence, self-respect, and happiness.

We all want and deserve a good life, a happy life.
